Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a peaceful night's rest.

No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment building.

Visitors

Guests are welcome, but the maximum number of visitors per apartment is limited. Additional sleepovers of guests are prohibited without our prior approval.

Pets

Bringing pets requires prior approval. Ensure that pets do not disturb other guests.

Waste Separation

We value environmental responsibility. Please separate your waste according to provided guidelines and use designated bins.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Regular check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out should be by 10:00 AM. For special requests, please contact us in advance.

Use of Technical Devices

Please use all technical devices, including heaters, responsibly and turn them off when leaving the apartment. Please turn off all light when leaving the apartment too.

Key Loss

Report the loss of keys or access cards immediately to ensure the safety of all guests.

Report Damages

Please report any damages or issues in your apartment promptly to us for timely repairs or solutions.
